This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on SMG Ayurveda (https://smgayurveda.com), operated by SMG Agri Foods Private Limited.
1. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within [1–2] business days of confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays). You will receive an order confirmation email/SMS once your order is placed, and a shipping confirmation with tracking details once it is dispatched.
2. Shipping Destinations

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, regional restrictions, or circumstances beyond our control (force majeure).
4. Shipping Charges
- Orders above ₹1100 qualify for free shipping.
- Orders below ₹1100 are charged a flat shipping fee of ₹85.
- Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number/link via email or SMS to track your shipment through our courier partner’s website.
6. Courier Partners
We ship orders through trusted courier/logistics partners including [Courier Partner -e.g Delhivery, Blue Dart, India Post, Shiprocket, etc.].
7. Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is currently not available.
8. Delayed or Failed Delivery
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us at info@smgayurveda.com / 091754 04049 with your order number so we can investigate with the courier partner.
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept the package, the order may be returned to us. In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.
9. Damaged or Tampered Shipments
Please inspect your package at the time of delivery. If the package appears damaged or tampered with, we recommend refusing delivery or noting it with the courier, and contacting us within [48 hours] with photos of the packaging and product for assistance — see our Return and Refund Policy.
10. Change of Delivery Address
Address changes can only be accommodated before the order is dispatched. Please contact us as soon as possible at info@smgayurveda.com / 091754 04049 if you need to update your shipping address.
